Pretty sad won't lie.

Very excited to commit soon! Graduate Scholar award of $37,000 for the full-time 1-year program.

Finally got into my top choice program. It took a few tries for me, overall. This was my first time applying to BU, however, after discovering how much better a fit it was (as well as the other program I received an interview for). It can take what feels like forever. But it will work out eventually. We're probably all very young anyway. Especially with our generations, starting a PhD programme before your mid 30s seems pretty young to me. Stay alive and well, everyone.

If anyone has a better offer it will really help me out! I genuinely hope to attend this program. Thank you in advance and stay safe !

TPB: Thank you so much for your reply! Then I think there is really little hope to me. I haven't heard back from BU. Congrats to you and good luck!

TPB: I got accepted a couple of weeks ago. Was not on the waitlist.

TPB: Did you receive the offer today (Mar 29th)? May I ask whether you were waitlisted before or directly received the offer? Thank you!

Does anyone know if a facebook accepted students page has been made for BU?

They are offering me tuition + 28K. Has anyone been offered more? I am trying to decide if I should ask for more funding or if there is no point.

Has anyone been accepted off the waitlist? Just wondering if anyone has heard:)

For those who got admissions, if you have better options, please turn down this offer ASAP. I am at the top of the waitlist. Many Thanks!

Undergraduate. Several publications with 3 first/corresponding-author papers in Physical Review Journals. Recommended by "nobody"s in their eyes. And then, rejected.

TPB: No worries, losers. 13r/1p now, literally no hope^^. Study hard, I'm going to work.
