Did anyone who applied to PhD receive their admission decision?

[not WL]. I have not heard from any of these schools. Does anyone know what's going on? I know at least UW and UT sent out some rejections. Does this mean implicit waitlist or..?

An email informing me of the rejection was send on Feb. 18

"I regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you admission to the Master of Science in Data Science program. Be assured that this decision in no way diminishes your impressive accomplishments. This year's applicant pool was the strongest in the program's history. We received over 1,000 applicants for an incoming class of approximately 60 students. Your application showed promise, but we simply do not have enough seats for all our talented and hard-working applicants. " I knew this was coming, atleast the wait is over. Have another offer so not too worried. Good luck to everyone else!

Rejected from the waitlist. It's of course disappointing, but I have another offer so I'm not too upset.

Not even an email. Good thing I checked the portal.

Two interviews that seemed like they went well, but realize there are ways I could have been better at self-promotion there. That said - I had already accepted another offer when the results came.
