I have been stuck in Under Review since January. I have been placed on the waitlist on Feb. 28 and I haven't heard anything since. Anyone know when I can expect to hear back with the decision?

Currently in my last year of Masters in a different city. Submitted application early June and received the acceptance letter July 4. Conditional based on conferred master's degree and funding/supervisor (which I have already secured)

Applied late April and accepted with BASc computer engineering background.

TTPB: For your MEng acceptance, when did you submit your application and how long did it take for you to hear back? Did your SGS portal status change as well? Thanks!

M.Eng. 2.9 CGPA, 3.6 last year GPA. 1 year pey experience, 1 year professional experience after undergrad.

Finally got an email to check the SGS, can't wait to go to Toronto !!! :D

😔

Hope everyone who applied got in!

Finally! Very Generic rejection letter; was expecting it at this point. Uoft is my undergrad school; applied just to see if I could get in. Some research, TA experience, reflected in my reference letters. Going to work in industry.

Another victim ):-

3.96/4 GPA and 6 months of waiting

Can someone please suggest how can I improve my chance next time? Here is a quick summary of my profile: I did my undergrad at UofT ECE with PEY. My 4-year overall GPA is around 3.3/4. I screwed up the second term in my first year, but my final year GPA is somewhat decent (3.8/4). After obtaining a bachelor's degree, I have worked at Amazon as a software engineer for 17 months then moved to a reputable Toronto startup tech company.

Waited for a long time

Had to wait 6 bloody months for the decision. Wow!!

Is there any international student starting MA in economics at the University of Toronto this year?

Last post: I'm also still waiting on Daniels/Forestry, but for the Masters. I applied March 3. I emailed them on May 22 and they said forestry admission cycle usually runs late, especially now due to covid. At least I know I'm not the only one! Hold tight I guess?
