very encouraging message

Called for status update. Told letters of acceptance and rejection went out already and that I would get neither. Told that my acceptance would depend on the how many people accepted their acceptances. When I asked what order I was on the waitlist told that there was no official waitlist yet. It made sense at the time, but now I find it slightly confusing.

Email sent at 2:44 pm. Yay! Don't think I'm going, but I'm flattered. Official letters not being sent out until after spring break. Email says they're still working out financial details. No info about a visiting weekend or anything.

Third time applying, third time getting rejected. I'm done applying to Iowa's MFA program. I'm saying "never".

with funding--still shocked. thought it was a rejection. maybe in the morning it will have turned into one. good luck to all.

Fully funded. Up to $500 reimbursement for Welcome Weekend. I'm so excited! I had nearly given up hope!
