GPA is MA. 0a/7r/1w/0p First cycle. 7 rejections. Last notification and it's a waitlist. Little hope that there'll be an acceptance here, but grateful for the smidgeon of hope regardless. Good luck y'all.

Was on waitlist. Now accepted! 5 year program

applied for the phd and indicated that id like to be considered for the ma if not accepted to the phd program. i was accepted to the ma and am very grateful but accepting admission elsewhere because of better funding and research fit. that closes out the cycle for me! i survived!!

GPA is from Master's. I had to email them since I had not heard anything. 2a/10r/1w/2p

has anyone who has been waitlisted this cycle heard back anything yet?

I checked the portal and then got an email telling me to check the portal the next day. Acceptance, no funding.

just one more until this cycle is over! Thank the lord. 3a/1w/11r/1p

GPA is MA. It was basically radio silence from Riverside, so I finally decided to just email them and inquire about when we may expect to hear some results. I got an email back about two days later informing me that I was rejected. No hard feelings. It was the last school I was waiting to hear back from, so I'm honestly just glad to be done with this process.

Finally...as expected. Just waiting on one now that is most likely a rejection too! (1i/6r)

Finally a response... it's insane that schools are taking this long to send a simple rejection. Still waiting on two more, had no idea the process would take this long! (2a/2w/7r/2p)

Mean email. I regret that I even applied. They were not responsive at all when I emailed them about status update. The professors were haughty and unapproachable.

With offer to roll over to MA program

Admissions is a crapshoot. I've been accepted/waitlisted at every R1 school I applied to but outright rejected by this R2 school. Cold from letter uploaded to portal. 1a / 3w / 1r

Form letter rejection :(

Rejected. Rejected. Yeah, you just got rejected. R-E-J-E-C-T-E-D rejected! R-E-J-E-C-T-E-D rejected! Woo!

Notified via email. I will reject this offer. Moving out of Texas

My first admissions cycle. No MA, just a BS and a lotta balls

Ah! Just received the news after being on the waitlist! So excited and relieved! First acceptance, although I'm on the waitlist at Stanford too & will have a hard time deciding if I end up getting offers from both. GPA is undergrad. 1a/1w/10r
