Does anyone else hear any response from the department?

Quantitative Finance Track. Put on the waitlist for funding.

This is one of the prior accepted posters. I submitted my application less than an hour before the application deadline (on December 15th). I doubt that when you applied before the deadline matters.

TTPB: Congrats on the admits! Do you mind sharing when you all applied?

TTPB what do you mean by low in the next offer list ? Didn't you say you got notified from grad office

Already a PhD student in another department. No first-author pubs yet but a few middle-author ones in medical (non-stat) journals. Submitted optional GRE because the math score was high. No mathematics-related degrees. Theoretical mathematics coursework stops at linear algebra/basic proofs plus some applied biostatistics coursework.

TTPB: I just declined my offers of funding and acceptance to this program. Best of luck to you!

They told me my acceptance from the department was received and to process it I have to submit financial documents (and official transcripts). I emailed the director of the Stat department and they told me I am low on their list of next offers. Sad

TTPB what do you mean by informal ? Did you hear no funding?

Email from graduate director. With TAship. Computational biology track.
