First off congrats to those that got into UCI. To the poster below, I'm on the same boat, I don't have a decision yet on my application and it's already June. I have seen admits and rejections sent out the end of May. I was told by via phone call that they are still processing applications. It is getting super late in the season though and I understand the frustrations.

So its June now. Every time I contacted them the only thing they could assure me of was that the decisions would be made available by May. How callous and irresponsible can a public university like UCI be! Hoping the rest of you who might still be left hanging have got and accepted other offers. With a place with this level of mismanagement handling admissions, one can only assume how they will treat you once you do get admitted.

Rejected/waitlisted for MASc. Offered M.Eng (Accepted). Finally after applying in January. There will still be a chance for MASc acceptance till mid-June. After that, no more MASc offers will be made.

Got a mail saying checking the admission portal.

Is anyone else waiting for their decision for EC93 (ML track)?

It's 28th May. Still no decision. I know it's a no. But I want a formal no so I can move on! Grad school is a bloody scam.

Applied to MEng program. Still haven't got any update on my application. Can anyone tell me how much more should I wait, please?

I am waiting for the admission. The admission result do not come out though its middle of may. someone told me to convince a professor, i tried my level best but the professor didnt reply. now I am confused whether alberta provides central admission or taking through potential supervisor. I am very much worried, still hopping to get admission as i tried to keep my proflle decent (1yr job exp, 1 publication, cgpa 3.65, two voluntary certificates)

Is there any chance for MASc acceptance to be sent? I just declined my MEng offer, but they say if no professor picks me by mid-June, we will be notified rejection. Should I contact professors now? They say most of the professors have picked their students already.

Called UCI. They told me the indecision is not specific to me and there are lots of students confused with the situation. Also, they told that the decisions will be made by the end of May. Ridiculous situation, but can't do much I guess. Best of luck to everyone.

Today is the last day an international student can technically be accepted. Since I have not heard back, I assume it's a rejection. It's getting pretty late in the season.

I'm the poster below that commented about an update for "Awaiting financial documents". I'm having some trouble deciphering both the grammar and the meaning of the reply that I received. Overlooking the grammatical mistakes and lack of structure in their sentences, it sounds like no decision has yet been made and things will get updated once that happens. Back to not keeping any hopes it is. :D
