Usual rejection from Iowa.

Had an acceptance through the catsweb status update, and emailed the MFA program to be sure it was true...it is! More on funding later this month.

Funding/TA information will be offered March 20th. So happy.

i'm pretty disappointed--i saw linda gregerson read and she's really an impressive speaker, seems like a very smart and awesome lady. only good things to say! not even the satisfaction of resentment.

I never received an email, but randomly logged into my application and found the notice.

"Deny"...program seems to lack the social skills of other PhD programs.

Yay! Still waiting on funding info, though.

!!!!!! just got the call!

Acceptance package in the mail on Saturday.

A little flattered, actually.

Has anyone heard back from them?

"unusually high number of applicants--more, perhaps, than in any year before" "more perhaps," ah poets.

Half tuition scholarship for year one. Decisions mailed later this week.

Letter dated 2/27

Emailed them -- currently weighing my options & the mail takes a long time to get here. I was 98% sure I was rejected anyway, just wanted to confirm. They emailed me back very quickly with a short "Sorry, you're rejected" sort of email. Very polite. Michigan, here I come!
