I interviewed for PIBS biological chemistry program last weekend. I got my acceptance call today! I'm so jazzed!

I applied to the HDFS program, received a rejection email with a Word document attached, and then received an email after the rejection email to check my portal, where the same rejection email was provided as my status update. 3.8 undergrad GPA/3.9 masters gpa. No GRE. No interview, just reject. Interesting since I have been accepted into other HDFS/HDFR programs from higher caliber institutions.

ignore status, anyone hearing anything from umich at all, like interviews?

Undergrad cumulative GPA 3.4, 3.85 undergrad History GPA, 3.85 Master's GPA (History)

Ignore the status! Did anyone receive updates from the program?

Email around 9:30am EST. Generic.

GPA is MA

acceptance by email.

Ignore the status. Is the previous acceptance post real? Was it by email? Because I didn't get anything yet.

I noticed that nobody posted any updates on Michigan but people are asking in the forum, so here's the scoop (esp. for language and literature track). I got interviewed in late January and was contacted directly by the DGS about my acceptance a few days later.

Messaged by director. Prospective visit in March! For Bridge MA, carries admission into PhD program of choice following year provided good progress. Overjoyed and incredibly thankful.
