Asked to give up my spot if I'd gotten into somewhere better

CME. TA 26k for 10 months.

Thank you. I was confused about receiving letter saying I was accepted that was postmarked the same day I interviewed. Something seemed off. Thank you for the clarification.

Poster below with acceptance. E-mail from Rutgers: "Graduate admissions sent out some letters to the applicants that said admitted. This letter does not mean "admitted" into the program. I know it is confusing but it was went to be admitted for interview day."

PsyD. Was unable to attend interview on 2/23 but did phone interviews. Unexpected.

Checked the online status webpage and saw that I was "denied admission". I wish they had let applicants know that they only had funding for one person beforehand. I wouldn't have applied and wasted my hard-earned money.

Very good funding package

"Your application has been reviewed, and the Committee has denied admission." No email, just logged into the site and checked.

M.S. GPA - 4.0, no notice, just website

They haven't sent out the emails yet but I checked the website and it says admission has been denied.

Call from a professor in my sub field, who said he thought my WS was really strong. I couldn't really say much more than "uh uh uh thank you! Thank you!" on the phone.

Phone call was from POI. I'm so excited! They were one of my top choices.
