Can someone please suggest how can I improve my chance next time? Here is a quick summary of my profile: I did my undergrad at UofT ECE with PEY. My 4-year overall GPA is around 3.3/4. I screwed up the second term in my first year, but my final year GPA is somewhat decent (3.8/4). After obtaining a bachelor's degree, I have worked at Amazon as a software engineer for 17 months then moved to a reputable Toronto startup tech company. | ||||
