No interview.

First acceptance after 6 straight rejections. I immediately burst into emotional tears. I really thought I wasn't going to get into any of my schools, even though I know and everyone told me I had a really strong application. Email from the Director of the Graduate Studies of Anthropology, invited to the Open House in March. 5 year funding. Wow still speechless.

Letter from the graduate director informing me I was on the waitlist.

Decisions are already made. If you are eager to know it would be a good idea to contact the department or your POI. I got my rejection confirmation.

Long-ish and pretty nice rejection email from the DGS saying I was one of 35 the "long short list" (didn't get interviewed, which I guess would be the short short list). 4 admits, 100 applicants.

I wish they sent me an email - just updated on portal.
