I was persistent and sent polite follow up emails, asked about reasons for my waitlist status, requested for a call with program head to discuss the program, etc. I think they saw my passion and decided to admit me from the waitlist. | ||||

To the poster below: Have you tried writing the department? Any response? . I have written UW public health department several times for update on admission status. My most recent email was not responded to, the last email that was replied said results will be out by the end of April but obviously that was just a front. I don't understand why they are taking them so long to send out decisions. | ||||
