Not waitlisted. General question: does anybody know if MIT has sent out all interview invites? Do people who still have not heard from them stand a chance?

Had an oral proficiency interview (OPI) about one week ago. Got the offcial admission 2 days after passing OPI. Three second-author papers, one co-first author paper, and two more first author papers in prep. No GRE. Currently persuing a MS degree. Super excited! Good luck!

3.5 years of research experience, no publications (research was focused on commercialization). 2.95 GPA as of application submission. 2 strong letters of rec.

Double major in Chemistry and Mathematics, did not take the GRE. I applied as potentially interested in Organic Chemistry and Chemical Biology. I received an email saying I had been accepted and an official offer would be sent soon.

I am currently in the finals of my MS degree and have submitted a transcript for my first year only (though I took most courses in first year). The method of notification was from the application portal. I received an email to check the update via the application portal. No interview was done. No GRE.

Two interviews. One is with the committee on Jan 4th, the other is with ELI faculty for GSI. Both of them are English-speaking tests. Have one LOR from the faculty of the program. Received a lot of help from my lab members and PI. Really appreciate that! 2 publications as the first author.

No interview. I got to know after application that you have to reach out to the faculty at NW, so it's not surprising. NW is a good school, but I only have general interests and want rotation.

2.5 years of research experience, 2 separate summer internships in Germany. Talked with POI beforehand and got the mail to check the portal. POI informed me of my recommendation around 3 weeks ago.
