Text then phone call with Mark Winegardner to let me know I'm high on the waitlist. He said there were double the applicants this year + fewer acceptances than normal bc of funding/covid. Hang in there everyone!

So grateful! Hoping against hope one of you amazing writers with a Michener acceptance has another dream school.

Received a call from Brenda Shaughnessy after interviewing last week. Offered a 15K stipend and around $5,600/semester to teach 1 comp class. Beyond thrilled, grateful, and warm. Congrats to all accepted and waitlisted!

Is anyone else in limbo for Notre Dame? I've seen acceptances, rejections, and waitlists get posted but I haven't heard anything and the website hasn't updated. Not really sure what to think. *Note, I'm not actually waitlisted, I'm just asking questions*

Nice email from David Leavitt. My first notification and also my top choice. So excited! Very small cohort this year. If you will not be accepting an offer from UF, please send in your decision on time. Thank you!
