Also admitted to QMSS, any suggestion?

Has anyone who applied to the MSc in Economics for Development heard back already? Or got in touch with the department to ask when to expect results? Admission results came out (around early March) for the MPhil in Economics as well as for other graduate courses offered by the Department of International Development.

Accepted to the PRS year leading up to the DPhil. Got the notification already last week because I have to decide on another offer earlier. Not sure I will accept Oxford given that they don't provide funding for the first year and funding remains uncertain for the following years, while you have to pay full tuition fees... For everyone interested in going there in the future, make sure you have external funding ready and contact professors early while applying to discuss your project, it does help. American with degree in applied math and stats from top 20 uni. Applied by the January deadline. Received email from department that my application will be re-evaluated against March applicants. Not hopeful.

I chose the "Statistics, Probability, Data Science and Machine Learning" area of interet. I applied just before the January deadline (Friday 25 January 2019). I received today a conditional offer. The academic conditions are : achieve equivalent to UK First in your current Masters and achieve the higher level in one of the English language tests recognised by the University.

Did Undergrad at KCL, received a 1st. No news of college or funding yet

Does anyone know when they plan to send out acceptances?

Has anyone heard from the DPIR specifically about the MPhil in International Relations?

Got rejected, although had an invitation to a lab from a professor. Gotta write him that I won't be joining his lab.

Kind of expected. My impression is that getting straight into the DPhil -without having completed the MPhil- is rather difficult (harder than one expects). 6a/3r/1w/3p.

I just got my offer letter and I'm still in shock. Cambridge rejected me a while ago, so I cannot believe this yet! I'm so happy! I wish all the best to other applicants, and to anyone else in the same course as me - looking forward to spending the next to years with you lot!
