To the applicant below, I did not have any interviews. However, my highest degree is from the US, so they probably did not want to check my English. (I mixed up verbal and quant, fixed here.)

To the applicant accepted below, did you have any phone interview? or do you know how much time do they take before sending out notification of being accepted/rejected after the phone interview? I had phone interview by the chair two days ago(to check "English conversational skill"), and still haven't received any notification.

There's hope even with a low subject score! :)

Emailed directly by professor. Says will receive tuition, health insurance, fees and stipes funding. No specifics on stipend amount yet.

Not surprised as I don't have the research experience. Good luck!

The interview was conducted earlier today.

Really excited! Phone call from graduate coordinator. Strong SOP, 3 good LORs, 2 years of undergraduate research, no publications, strong quantitative GRE score/decent verbal score.

E-mail stated only the top applicants are invited for an interview, implying that I am accepted!

Nice email from dept head, still sucks

Average rejection email.

Emailed with interview slot options. Interviewed on Saturday the 21st via phone call with two faculty members
