Had any M. Eng applicants heard back from civil engineering?

(arch sub) Wait listed... can't say I'm surprised. I had some great talks with a prof in the department, however, they did inform me that the entire anthro dept only accepts ~4 intl students a year. Congrats to everyone who got in!!

If you are not planning on attending, let them know! It's one of my top choices and I'd be absolutely thrilled to get in off the wait list.

Rejected for MA course but they suggested Med course if I want. I said "yes" and they said that I would receive the decision within 4 weeks.

E-mail from POI for interview.

I got rejected after getting an interview invite. I really thought the interview went well and I kinda vibed with the PI's I interviewed with. One PI was really interested in me and said that I am a great fit for the program. Therefore I was surprised that I still got rejected and was pretty disappointed.

Domestic applicant. 3.8/4.0 GPA from UofT as well as decent amount of research experience from different institutions. Got 6 interviews one week before the decision and at least 2 of the PIs expressed great interest in my application and want to accept me for rotation. But still got rejected.

Canadian undergrad, 1 year work experience

It's already 2nd Feb and I still haven't received any interview invite from the profs I mentioned on my SoP. Tried reaching out to them through email but no response. Is there still hope or the interviews or, are they usually finished in January?
