Congrats to those that got in! Email to check portal, where I found a rude message saying that I didn't turn materials in on time (even though my submission dates are clearly visible in the drop-down and they were all in before the Dec 1 deadline).

Phone call from Josh Henkin! No funding info yet. Says he's making these calls over the next few days. Just waiting on that official NYU rejection and I'm down with this season... Cannot wait lol. 4a/2w/5r/1p

Interviewed 3/3/2021 with Joshua Henkin. Admitted 3/9/2021. Got a nice call from Josh!

Email to check portal, 55% scholarship

Applied late November!

No email, people in the forum were saying the status would be updated on the portal. I checked, and the expected "denied" was there. Onward!

Email telling me to check the update to checklist on the portal

got an e-mail that an updated has been made to my application. Accepted via portal!

To future Michener applicants: the program is very strict with its LoR and transcript deadlines. One school submitted its transcript a week late (postal delay), a recommender submitted their letter two weeks after the Dec. 1 deadline, and my application was declared canceled just today.

Email to check portal. Offered 75% scholarship. Really happy!! 2a/1w/0r/4p

No interview. Just a call into the void: Why are they taking so long?
