Top choice so I'm pretty sad but hopefully I can get off the list

Interview on March 26, 2021.

I emailed them because I know so many of us haven't heard anything from the program. They have completed interviews and have sent out all of their offers. Congrats to those who will be accepting!

Generic mass email “ We have just completed our admissions process for fall 2021. This is a very competitive process in which over 400 applicants were competing for less than 25 available places in our incoming class. Although your application was judged meritorious, I regret to inform you that we are not able to offer you a position in our graduate program in Counseling Psychology at this time. Our program is very research oriented, so the strongest applications demonstrate not only outstanding academic credentials, but also a clear connection with the research interests of individual faculty. I wish you all the best in your studies and future endeavors.”

Generic mass email.

Sent me an email with a link to check status through my portal

Notified via email a decision had been made. Rejection listed via portal.

Got sent an invitation for admitted students day, confused because I hadn't been admitted yet - followed up and they told me to check the portal :) I applied directly to the master's program and never interviewed, if that helps anyone. Good luck yall!
