TTPB: Can you please tell which area you have applied to and did your PI mention anything about funding?

I was notified by a PI that I should be getting an official acceptance offer letter from the department. It has almost been a week since the email from my PI, but I am yet to receive any communication from the department regarding my acceptance. Does anyone know when I can expect an email from the department based on your experience?

notification mail; Generic Acceptance letter; 25% Tuition fee scholarship; Letter suggests a separate cover from the department: NO TA/RA Opportunities.

TTPB: March 15 (I think? sometime around then). It's specifically for Design students. Also, I forgot to mention, I haven't heard anything about funding yet.

ttpb : I am in the exact same situation. I was accepted a few weeks back, without any word on funding or my prospective POI. I have not had any contact before and after submitting my application with any POI. I guess I'll wait till the open house event a few days later and start contacting professors.

TTPB: Can you tell me when is this student event?

Does anyone know about UCLA MAE's funding support information? I got the offer directly without getting connected with any faculty. I haven't received any information about the funding source till now. Does it mean that I should contact some faculty member? Thanks a lot!

Any idea on when are the decisions for Stanford University - Mechanical (Masters) gonna be announced?

Accepted with RA position and university fellowship. Attended GEARRS but did not speak to faculty before that. Very excited!!

Unofficial offer from the professor which I interviewed in Feb. They said they are preparing the official offers these days.

Anybody heard from the Mechanical engineering department yet? I was invited to the PhD visit day last month and three professors interviewed me .

Email from faculty member with invite to student event, and now the app portal is updated as well. Three years of research experience and one publication in a mostly unrelated field; Indicated Design as my primary interest.

Has anyone reached out to the admissions office yet? I am curious if results are still pending, or if it is safe to assume we're on some sort of waitlsit and rejections will be coming soon.

TTPB: Yes, I emailed them during the month of February and they said that their goal was to have decisions done by the end of the month. Unless the decision is coming out sometime soon, I was probably waitlisted ~sigh

Super confused but also relieved to finally have heard something! Ah well, we have better admits :D

TTPB: Have you sent an email to the admission office? I see in the last year, they are still accepting students in March.
