Did anyone hear from Penn State University Park CS PhD NLP?

To the poster below, my status changed to 'pending review from the program of study' about two weeks ago.

To the post below; the status has not changed to that one. Mine simply says that "The graduate admissions committee has received the application."

I received the email saying I was rejected as I writing an email rescinding my application. Almost all of the students seemed to be very depressed and uninterested in their work. Also, the food sucked. Biology GRE.

To the poster below, you could e-mail to Dr. Mohney to ask about current process. She told me she will try to reach these professors to see what is going on now. Best luck on us....

To the poster below, I have yet to hear anything after I sent in my list of three preferred profs. It has been almost two weeks.

To the person who asked about offers after Open house: I got a letter from the department 03/02 with funding and information about advisor(1st choice prof), then got an e-mail from my prof. Still waiting for the official offer from the grad school.

For everyone who attended the open house on 2/23, have you received your official offer from the three listed professors ?

Surprised to see such a result from Penn State, I believe I have a strong profile (department valedictorian, two research interns- including one foreign intern, couple of posters- one in US conference, 1 conference paper, strong LoRs from local faculty and 331 in GRE)

Not heard anything from them yet, anyone else in the same situation for any university.
