Checked my status and saw that my application had been renewed and denied. No notification of any sort.

to all those who are accepted without funding....what to do?? what are the chances of getting funds later??

Received an email with offer of admission, but nothing listed re: finaid??

So excited! Applied fairly late too - Feb. This was my first choice so I will be accepting. The portal is still not updated though.

Got an email, portal not updated. Asked to accept by 10th April, so that they can offer admission to those waitlisted. Will probably reject, have admit from STONY.

Thanks for taking your sweet time, Rutgers.

GPA: 6.6/10 - India GRE 315 my first choice

I'm the poster who did had not received anything for some time and posted on here before. I did not do so well on my GRE and recommendations were submitted very late. Was not expecting to get in after all. But congrats to all those who got in!!! Best of luck!!!

RU alum. 2 years as RA at public policy research firm.

8.04/10 two papers at white paper level. A 6 months research internship and 500+ lines of FOSS contribution.

To the person who got nothing from Rutgers - me too! I checked the application status page and it says 'no decision'.

Oh well...already have multiple funded offers elsewhere...

To the person below: I was accepted about a month ago. I suggest you to write to Jane Grimshaw asking for an update.

Seriously, I don't understand what is going on with Rutgers. It is March 26th, which is very close to April 15, but literally nothing, say, a rejection, waitlisting, or acceptance, has come out of Rutgers to me. I will be very appreciative if anyone who is a current student in the Department could tell me what is happening in the LINGUISTICS DEPARTMENT OF Rutgers this year.
