Unfortunately it is not possible. We have received instructions from the administration not to given any more offers as we have to use our funding for the students we already have. There is no option of admission without funding, again by university policy. The decisions are going to be emailed out very soon. I am very sorry not to have better news. | ||||

definitely Penn State. more comprehensive than the others. I have declined my offer from JHU. Though their program is pretty good at finance and applied micro, but after much consideration about other subfields and its location, I do not think it is good fit for me. Not sure about rice, but someone said it not a good one | ||||
