Email to check portal

No package, email or letter received, but I happened to check the website and noticed I was admitted. I accepted their offer of admission and will start in the Fall 2020 semester.

Got a very nice package.

Rejection by snail mail. lol

Received email from program director.

No word on funding yet.

Email said they admitted 3 people

I have yet to receive any formal acceptance letter, but today (timestamped 4 a.m.) I received an email with student login credentials. When I logged in, there was a "hold" on the financial aid section that said, "Conditional/Provisional Admit." That might mean that I am admitted, or that might mean that they are still reviewing the application. The mystery remains unsolved.

Accepted via email.

Received a generic rejection letter, without referral to any master program. As an applicant with only one bachelor degree, I have to admit that it was a long shot.

Got an email telling me a decision has been made on my application and to check the portal. Checked the portal and there was a generic letter saying I had not been accepted.

Received an email at 5pm notifying me that a decision had been made regarding my application to UChicago, prompting me to check the portal. There was a generic letter posted informing me I had not been accepted.

Got into the finalist pool for an on-campus interview on Feb 26-27th!! The school will be paying for my flight and hotel since I’m an international student. Excited to have made it this far.
