CITE. Emailed POI.

To those who are waitlisted, currently there isn't a way that I see to decline the offer online. I think I have to decline via a form in the mail which hasn't come yet, so it'll probably be another two weeks before they start knowing who declined. I'm CME and will decline when I can. Good luck!

hep-th. I am waitlisted at Rutgers, Duke, Chapel Hill and Virginia Tech. Please decline soon if you are not interested in their offers.

Asked the status. If you are not planing to come here, please decline your offer. Thank you for helping me with my dream!

Checked status on website after another poster had done the same. Not surprised, as I had assumed rejection at this point, but a tad annoyed that they didn't bother to send an email.

Random website check after seeing some postings on here.

I wasn't keen on the idea of being a Jersey boy, anyway.

Random check on website - showed status change: "Committee has reviewed your application. Admission denied."

this was out of the blue ! Funding by TA.

Acceptances have gone out for cultural

Asked to give up my spot if I'd gotten into somewhere better

CME. TA 26k for 10 months.

Thank you. I was confused about receiving letter saying I was accepted that was postmarked the same day I interviewed. Something seemed off. Thank you for the clarification.

Poster below with acceptance. E-mail from Rutgers: "Graduate admissions sent out some letters to the applicants that said admitted. This letter does not mean "admitted" into the program. I know it is confusing but it was went to be admitted for interview day."
