Admitted to the MA program; 5a/8r/1w/4p

0a/5r/2p, didn't get into the PhD program but was offered admission to their Masters program!! Just so glad I finally have an acceptance even if it's not my ideal next step!!!!!!

Was told I was put on the waitlist over zoom

Not an update. Wanted to ask if anyone got accepted recently. Can you say when you started application, submitted app, submitted video, and when last LoR was submitted and when you got your acceptance.

Replying to the person below: I had the online interview 3+ weeks ago and haven't heard anything yet. I guess we could only wait lol

Has anyone heard back from the program after interview?

MLSys/SE. No GRE. 2 LoRs from US Professors. Remote Intern at CMU and UIUC. No published paper. Had two interviews to match your research interests.

Canadian applicant with BSc from Canadian post secondary.

So this might be the end of this round. Not even sad. An extremely hard year for most of us I guess, I thought I would land in one or two programs before this, but it seems I am going to be rejected by all. 5 rejections so far and no accecptance or waitlist, despite coming from a kinda prestigious university in my country and all the valuable help I got from my professors and friends. But failing to get into academia right after graduation is not necessarily bad, so good luck to all those who were also rejected bu all. We might meet each other sometime somewhere and hope we will live another good life. Thank you everyone for having been here with me, sharing your joys and sorrows. See you.

GPA is masters. Spoke with a professor who let me know it wasn't a good fit, so I saw it coming. 0a/0w/4r/7p. Getting a bit scary.

Offered entry into Masters of Education instead, with the option to apply into an Ed.D. from there.

email to check portal. expected since acceptances went out last week.
