Received a nice note from the director of graduate studies who wanted to let me know as soon as possible. Funding letter pending.

Admitted via informal phone call with the program director on 2/07. Received official notification of acceptance today.

Waitlisted for WGSS program after the interview. If you aren't thinking of applying, please let them know :( also, no indication of how long the waitlist is.

Contacted by POI by email.

Informal email from program chair. I’ve been courting this school since I was waitlisted last year. I’m so excited!

Got my letter today. Not sure why they bother to send rejections in the mail...

Yes, my interview was before I submitted my application. I had a pretty formal telephone interview with my POI after exchanging several emails. I have multiple years of research experience and was first author on several projects (I meant to include that in my initial results submission). Undergrad from a very competitive school with great letters and a specific research questions that was closely aligned with my POI's work.
