Looks like sending out rejection letters is the last task in their admission process which they do by end of may !! I implore them to think about students who still harbor some hope !! May be from next season you can plan to send rejection letters as soon as you deem fit. It will help reduce lot of stress in students.

After mailing them constantly at intervals of a few days and pleading to tell me something I finally got a reply which wasnt the same as every other mail. It still said no decision was available and requested my patience lol. Either majority of the seats are filled and they have a very few people on hold (which gives me a bit of hope) or they screwed up and delayed the process and very few seats got filled and many people are on hold (which is even better). Or they are complete tools and have no regard for us and are just delaying regecting anyone. Can't do much but wait i guess.

Looong wait...no reply....I wish they had a more transparent or professional system ..rather than wondering if & when the results will be out.

Is anyone waiting for UCI and UC Davis? Is there any chance of acceptance this late or are we waiting for rejection only??

Anyone else awaiting a decision from EECS? Or is it just me. I was wondering if they have a large number of people on the hook or is it just a few?

TTPB: Yes, I had also emailed them around 10 days ago, and still haven't heard back.

No updates about the admission decision. I have even emailed them days ago but they haven't replied yet. Anyone else has a similar experience?

TTPB: I'm still waiting for the decision from them. My application status is still just 'Submitted', and I'm not really sure that they even consider my application because of some lack of documents or something.

Is there anyone else waiting for UCI, UC Irvine Masters degree? Are all the results out?

Anyone amongst the EECS applicants has any news? I emailed them and got a generic reply saying I'll be contacted once a decision is made and the decisions will be made starting April till May. IT'S ALMOST APRIL 15 ALREADY!!!

68% in ECE from a Tier-1 college in India. Got rejects from CMU, UIUC, UTA, UCSD, UoT, UBC and GaTech. UCI was the last one remaining. The 'go big or go home' approach payed off. Wish everyone the best.

TTPB: I am also tired of waiting I am yet to hear from UCI, UCSB, USC, UC Davis, TAMU and UMASS.

TTPB: I'd called them up and they said that the applicants would be informed by April end. I'm tired of waiting as well :/
