Did Penn State Release admits for Masters in Comp Science?

I was reject by PhD program and in that email they offerred me the chance to transfer my application to one-year master's degree, I accept and after no longer than one week I got the offer of ms program.

Received offer with tuition waiver and TA for two semesters.

Applied for masters with thesis. However, I was admitted to non-thesis one. No prospects of any funding from Penn State for this program. The reason - they couldn't find a professor to supervise my studies.

Received an email to access the application portal. Was presented with a small bit of text offering me admission.

5th rejection in a row. No good news yet. Deeply Disappointed.

Could anyone comment on whether they are going to make anymore offer?

They have not declared results for anyone yet. But, I was contacted by POI, had a skype interview and was informed, I will be getting my official offer by Mar 27th. My research area is on wave propagation.

Has anybody been rejected or accepted from this program yet?? I haven't heard anything from them, and I'm wondering whether I'm already rejected or on a long waitlist!.
