Undergrad degree in English (current senior), committed immediately. Hoping to become an academic librarian but then pursue additional humanities learning (and eventually teaching?) in the future. GRE was 160 V, 151 Q, 5 W.

Data Science Specialization. Had a low first year GPA, but compensated for it in the the last 2 years of undergrad. Strong SOP + 2 strong professional LORs (3 years work ex) + decent GRE. Absolutely stoked, will be accepting the admit.

Applied to Data Science Specialisation, was my top program choice. Had hoped to at least get waitlisted

Notified that I would be contacted by two profs to set up a 15-30 minute interview. No idea what comes after this, but they said decisions will be made by late Jan to early Feb!

No GRE, 2 strong LOR. Research assistant in genetics lab for 2 years. 2020 undergraduate class. Gmail automatically categorized the email under "promotion".

Formal notification that two UW faculty members would be reaching out for interviews in the coming weeks! Submitted GRE scores, 6 yrs research experience, 2 papers (1 second author, 1 first author in progress).

The faculty of the College of Education has completed reviewing applications for admission to the School Psychology program for Autumn quarter 2022. I regret to inform you that the faculty were unable to offer you admission. Many factors go into the faculty's admissions decisions. Unfortunately, however, the competitive climate surrounding admissions into the College of Education - with a high number of applications and a limited number of spots available - makes it impossible for the faculty to offer admission to many strong candidates. I hope you will not see this decision as a permanent setback, but instead continue to take seriously your professional interests in the field of Education and continue pursuing your ambitions for a graduate degree.

Despite my publications and previous contact with one of the professors, I got a rejection. I also submitted my application very early in August and this was the first place I started my US applications ;-( Also, it seems that there is no interview for this program (not sure though)!
