I have been offered a position for the DPhil Program however without departmental funding. There is only a few chances for other graduate scholarships. Could anyone please let me know what is the possibility of getting a scholarship for DPhil after the department has sent an offer (international student outside EU). I won't be afford to go on without funding.

Second time admitted. No funding means a rejection on my part.

Accepted for the part-time DPhil as I will be working during it.

To answer your question, I had interviews (they emailed me) early march and got my offer just yesterday morning. so there was at least a month delay in between the interview and the offer. yes i will get around to declining it today. good luck!

To the poster below, when you have the interview and how long have you waited after interview? And if you will choose US University, could you please withdraw the Oxford Offer? I am still waiting for the decision from Oxford

US student, didn't win Clarendon scholarship and unfortunately missed Rhoades scholarship deadline, so not given funding (only EU students can be given RAships). Will instead be attending US school with funding!

To the posted below - no nothing yet, I was also wondering the same thing given the deathly silence on the results board! It seems like proportionally quite a few waitlists were posted here compared to the acceptances / rejections; I've heard they sometimes waitlist more people when they don't get a high number of applications in the first round, so maybe it's generally a longer review process this year.

To folks got waitlisted in the first round below: has anyone received any notification from the Admissions. Last year the decisions came out early April, I wonder when the final results will be released this year.

TPB: it is very selective. I was accepted last year in the master programs at UCL, LSE, Toulouse, RoME, Barcelona GSE... I even got fully funded scholarships in most of them. But still got rejected at Oxford. So there is still hope for the other programs my friend! good luck!!!

Applied the 1/25 deadline, and was deferred to March deadline. Still a rejection after deferred. So sad.
