Worked with PI during my studies. Field: AI/robotics

TTPB: I am the Canadian citizen who posted earlier. I was accepted into theory. Good luck!

Has anyone heard anything from the history department at UofT ?

TTPB: Thanks! No interview. the DGS just called me to let me know that I was accepted. I had a couple of POIs mentioned in my app but I did not actually have to commit to one person as a definite supervisor at this stage.

DGP - interviewed Jan 7, received offer today.

Theory

Interview in the next 1-4 days

I believe the personal connection with the faculty worked in my case.

Canadian citizen, undergrad at UofT. Offer includes funding + option to continue to PhD with successful completion of Masters

TTPB who is admigtted to this program: Congrats! what was your gpa? Did you get an interview? Did you find a supervisor?

TTPB: I applied to the Masters program and similarly haven't heard back. Looking at the results page from previous years it seems like they don't do interviews, and accepted ppl usually didn't hear back until mid-Feb. But ofc there could be a huge delay this year. I think their grad coordinator is pretty responsive, so I might just email them end of this month if there's no response. Good luck to both of us!!

Has anyone heard from this program or gotten any interviews? Does not getting any interviews mean rejection?

Another week without interview or communication....feeling sad :(
