I contacted the coordinator and he said I am not among the finalists. However, there is not formal rejection except this communication.

So excited!! I received my acceptance email from the neuro program coordinator today.

Received an email with an offer of admissions.

I emailed the admission office and they said because of the outrage everything's delayed, the decision probably will be sent out by early March. (however I'm curious, has anyone been contacted by potential PIs? For my other schools, the PI contacted me to give an unofficial offer before the department....)

I was admitted into the DICE track o Feb 8th with GRA from POI. My understanding is that the committee made a few offers initially and the faculty are making offers later on a rolling basis. Considering the snowstorm and university closing down last week (and still closed), I think there might be some delay compared to last year to roll out all the offers. Don't lose hope. Good luck!

Has anyone applied to the DICE track and got a reply? I have not heard anything from UT austin.

I am assuming that because of the blackouts admission offers will be delayed. Has anyone reached out to ask for a timeline or know an estimate?

I had applied to DICE, was interviewed in Jan. Don't lose hope. Results are rolling. In previous years, a few admits had come out in March as well.

Is anyone planning to reject their offer from UT Austin? I'm happy to be waitlisted but this season is just overall generally a pretty horrible goddamn nightmare, I don't want to get my hopes up too much
