International MD class of 2020. Received full ride (2 scholarships, one merit-based - acceptance Jan, 1st scholarship Feb, 2nd scholarship today). TOEFL 115. Lots of publications in global surgery.

A somehow very late rejection. I knew this was coming. Already accepted my top choice's offer.

Ignore Waitlist. Is Columbia done sending out acceptances by this point? Should anyone who hasn't heard from them assume waitlist or rejection? Subfield nuc-th or hep-th specifically

GPA is masters. Saw that email to current PhD students on the forum, thought I fit the profile so this hurts a bit more.

GPA is MA. I thought the fit was pretty on point. However, given how competitive the program is, I can't say I'm TOO shocked.

International. Received a general rejection email without specific reasons. Not too surprised.

Received email telling me to check portal.

Interviewed twice. The prof explicitly asked about my chance of coming to Columbia. I said 50% and was rejected. A friend says 80% and was waitlisted. If you do want to get in, say 100%.

not surprised i guess because it's such a competitive program, but this one hurts a LOT. i just don't know what i'm going to do with myself if i don't get into the masters or the last program i'm waiting to hear back from. hope the universe is kind to me, and you too if you're in the same boat. 0a/1w/5r/1p

GPA is MA. A real let down, as I got my MA there and absolutely loved it, my advisor was the perfect fit really upsetting 0a/3w/6r/1p

Expected. 3a/3r/1w/1p

Email to check portal update.

Received email to check portal. Good fit but expected this after seeing all the recent posts. Happy to be almost done with the season so I can finally respond to my offers! GPA is undergrad. 3a/5r/1p

Email to check portal. Desperately need to get funding for my acceptance now. 1a/5r/0w/2p

email to check portal

Garbage dept., high on crime - gonna refuse!

Email to check the portal. Said that I was still being considered for MA.
