I am still waiting for my top 1 offer. This is my second offer in the priority list, so it is still highly likely that I will receive it.

TTPB: Canadian student. Obtained bachelor's in mechanical engineering from a different Canadian school. Was accepted to the thesis option for the master's. About 2 years of research experience in an unrelated field, 3.95/4.00 GPA

Notified by telephone from department head. Offered scholarship funding to cover almost half of program tuition.

TPPB: I received an email saying that a decision has been made, then got the official offer in RAMSS within 24 hrs. (Same MIE applicant as below)

Received an email indicating unofficial acceptance from a supervisor

MEng Industrial Engineering. Canadian student w/ BSc. Civil Engineering. Will be declining in favour of a research Master's at another school.

Got email saying check portal. No interview or virtual student visit (they are not being held this year due to COVID, graduate advisor confirmed)

Has anyone heard anything about the decision yet? I haven't heard from them since the interview over a month ago.

Email indicating an update happened to my portal, and the letter of acceptance was there. Interviewed with a faculty member earlier in the month.
