Absolutely stoked !! Tier-3 Uni from India, internships, good GPA and decent GRE. No research experience or publications, but some project work.

I cant express how relieved I am after getting so many rejections. Good GRE score and TOEFL score. average GPA. from top institute(IIT) in India. Good luck for everyone.

TTPB: I was also waitlisted previously but have heard nothing since then. Are you one of the people who posted their waitlist results earlier? I presume it'll take a while for us to hear anything from the department.

Told that I am still under consideration and I can expect a major update by April 23rd.

Get the email on 4/12 and inform me to check my portal. As an international student, I didn't receive any interview invitation from NYU.

Got an email today. Had previously two interviews with the proof.

[Not Waitlist] TTPB: I am still waiting for the Courant CS PhD. I emailed them this week to ask whats up, but got shrugged off by being pointed to their website. I'm just assuming its a rejection at this point; it'd be pretty horrible if they had waitlists to announce this late in the game.

Notice of rejection from waitlist by one of the professors. Was told that I should receive an official notice from the university in a few days.

rejected from the PhD program. I also applied to the master's, but there is nothing about it in the letter. So I guess this is a double rejection?

Ignore w. Guys, seriously, there must be something going on with this department. It has been a while since they decided on Canadian applicants. What can take them so long?
