i have good undergrad score from applied Maths, but I have 1 D in Master courses

Got an email saying a decision has been made.

RA for ~3 years with some papers & presentations; US citizen & US Bachelor's degree. Interviews will take place over skype.

Got an email to set up a phone interview with my PI of choice.

I had an above average GPA. I have 2 years research experience in the field and with the lab in which I will do my M.Sc. My undergraduate project will expand into my M.Sc. I didn't apply directly to the Ph.D, though this was a feasible option. I have 1 high impact publication and a couple of poster presentations on my CV. Heard back within 2 months of submitting my application. I start in Winter 2017 (this coming January).

prof gave a promising reply but still got rejected

I had to haress them basically to give me an answer after a ridiculous 5 month wait. Pathetic.

Pretty abundantly clear that I've been rejected, but I've still received absolutely no notification whatsoever, and my application still reads as just "Submitted". I'd have expected..... something by now, to be honest.
