Major GPA 3.8, CSD classes 3.7. A couple of years working with children with developmental disabilities. Volunteer hours at a rehabilitation hospital working with adults, as well as time in a pediatric setting. Strong LORs, 2 of which were from licensed SLPs I worked closely with/had for a multiple classes.

To the other UNCG posters, I’m doing my undergrad here and my application also still says “submitted”. I’m assuming that means we are on the waitlist even though we haven’t been notified. I’m really hoping to get in here. Hopefully as people start declining their admissions (which is soon I hope) we should start to hear back. As of now I’ve been rejected from one program and haven’t heard back from anyone else. Best of luck to all of us.

To the recent poster asking about UNC G, my application also still says “submitted.” I’m remaining hopeful that they are waiting to receive commitments from the people they’ve already accepted, then maybe sending out another wave of them.

To everyone who applied to UNCG, if you didn’t hear from them on Friday does your application still just say submitted? I’m wondering when we will hear from them

Very surprised!! GRE:144 math, 150 verbal, 4 writing. 3.52 in and out of major GPA. Lots of clinical and leadership experience. Will be declining offer however due to another offer!

To the poster asking about acceptances off the waitlist, I am not sure how it usually works. I am hoping a reasonable amount get off the waitlist. I am interested to know as well.

The email said we would get an official letter in the mail. The wording in it was a little confusing.

Does anyone know when we'll be hearing back from UF? Last year it was this coming week when they found out, and the year before it was the week of March 15/16th. I'm dying to know! Thank you!
