2 day open house visit in Jan w/ options for virtual

Pls ignore the interview. Has anyone received interview request from Harvard Stats?

No official decision yet, but emailed admissions and they informed me all interviews were sent out in December (if you haven't heard back, you are rejected)

wow!

Interview request. One hour. GPA is masters. Anyone else?

Has anyone heard from the SHBT admissions committee? Have invites for the interview gone out already? Would definitely appreciate information on this!

Notified on 20th. Called admin much earlier and was told that in all recent years selected applicants were notified of interviews before Christmas (despite someone posting an invite in January last year on this website...hope torture trolling?)

I couldn't believe it... I am rejected (without interview) by Penn. Really, the best is yet to come. Good luck to everyone!

Virtual interviews 2/6-10

1.5 yrs lab experience during undergrad, no publications

Has anyone heard back from this program yet? Based on most previous years, this certainly means a rejection for me.

Other applicant shared the news that we're didn't receive an interview on 12/16/22, that equals rejection. Sigh.

(Fall 2023) Heard from the department that all interview invites were sent on 12/16 and that the official rejection letter will only be sent around March. If you haven't received an interview invite Friday, you are no longer being considered for Harvard PiN.

E-mail from PI scheduling for a zoom pre-interview at the beginning of January. Note that this is only a pre-interview, not a formal interview invite.

For Fall 2023. 2 internships in undergrad, 2 years undergrad research, 2 years research at Harvard as research tech. 3 co-authors, 1 poster
