I got an email around 3pm today from a professor of Biological Chemistry in PIBS. I'm so excited!

Accepted w/ fellowship.

International student from Japan, government-financed scholar from Undergraduate. 3.46/4.00 Undergraduate GPA, 3.96/4.00 Master's GPA. One publication in OL, 4 presentations in japanese symposiums.

i am almost completing my Masters.in inorganic chemistry at the University of Uyo, Nigeria. in fact, what is left is the final oral defense. i hope to continue for PhD in chemistry but i need a fully funded scholarship program. My research interest is in mitigating microbial drug resistance and environmental pollution through coordination chemistry

Offered admission on a part-time basis. 3.0 GPA, no previous research papers or posters, no GRE, 5 years experience in industry/government jobs.
