To the poster below admitted to the MA program: Thank you for your response! Did you connect with any supervisors in advance? Or did you just name them in your letter of intent?

Update from my previous post: I received an email asking me to fill out some forms about funding. While I do not think this necessarily guarantees admission, I suspect that it is a good sign. (I didn't receive any such forms when I was denied admission previously.)

TTPB my status is still “under review”

Hi! I was accepted with a cumulative GPA of 3.85. No conference experience though. I'm also Canadian.

Applied for chemical physics theory. 2 years of research experience, one computational physics and a senior biochem thesis course. Also worked as a RA in a chemistry research lab my final year. No TA experience in undergrad. My letters of rec were good (I think?). Was notified of acceptance via email, with official letter coming in a week or two.

Checked application portal and it said Decision Made

Applied to MS got an offer for direct PhD instead. Will probably not take it, already got an offer from Stanford.

Has anyone else still not heard? My application just says 'under review' still

To the poster below, I'm considering rejecting my offer from U of T but only if I'm taken off the waitlists for two other programs. Hopefully that happens soon and will post here if I reject U of T. Fingers crossed!
