Biophysical chemistry track. It's not actually an acceptance but an Open House Invite, but it's equivalent to acceptance based on what happened in previous years. On the invite offer, they said offers will be made shortly after the Open House and they refer to students participating as "your potential classmates".

I work the PI and said they weren't taking students this year because they couldn't secure a stipend.
