I have not been interviewed by any Waterloo faculty member. Should I assume that my application is going to be rejected?

Accepted for thesis, after interviews with 2 profs. Fully Funded.

I check Quest at least 4 times a day, nothing changes " No decision has yet been made by the academic department.". Feeling disappointed already.

Finally received the official notification on Quest - my top choice! I had interviewed with two POIs at the beginning of February.

Previous research experience, and job experience. Interviewed with two professors in mid Feb. ~29K funding - Will probably reject for UofT

To the poster below: what is your area? Were you previously contacted/interviewed? And was it an official notice, or an unofficial one? Sorry for the amount of questions; I applied to 15 colleges and Waterloo is my last hope, so I really hope I get into Waterloo.
