Got accepted my first round, extremely excited! I have 100+ Hours volunteering, childcare experience, 35+ observation hours, but no research or shadowing! They also sent out interview invitations about a week after the application deadline. Group interview was on 02/06/2026 and I got my acceptance 2/9!

Ph.D. applicants of great promise, such as yourself, are referred by the faculty to the Master of Engineering program, where students can make the most of rigorous coursework among our Ph.D. students and the talented students in the M.Eng. program. Graduates go on to pursue doctoral work at highly ranked programs (including our own), while others discover a career aspiration that they hadn’t previously considered. The admissions committee is currently reviewing applications with an eye to intellectual promise, academic accomplishment, and fit for this intensive master’s program in the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering.
