Rejection with a nice email. Bye Baton Rouge!

Wahoo is the noise a certain substance makes when it hits the fan

Really kind email from the program director informing of the rejection ahead of the graduate program's automated notification. Congrats to all who got in / waitlisted! 0a/1w/4r/1p

Emailed Yvonne Gobble last week. More rejections are going out 'in a week or two.'

Checked the portal and saw I was denied admission--no email.

this one actually hurt. It was so definitely my #1 choice. I got a personal ish email saying they wanted to email me before I got the auto-generated reply so I'd have more time to make decisions, they were upset they couldn't take more people, etc. Oh well. 0a/1w/11r/2p

Emailed to inquire. Waitlisted and likely won't hear anything until after April 15. I think everyone not outright accepted goes on the waitlist for this program.
