Received an email from the dean saying they just approved my admission. Checked the portal just now and accepted the offer. Guys I've been waiting for a CA domestic offer for too long and am really happy. Hope this helps, especially for those applying for AMPD as well. (Got and reply last week saying the decision will be made shortly)

Applied for MS CS, got a reconsideration mail for MS Comp. Engg. Got a $6000 scholarship Multiple well-reputed publications Reconsidered on 14th of April and got acceptance for MS Comp. Engg. today (24th April)

I am an international student and rejected. I am really so sad

GPA grad. Rejected off the waitlist. After emailing the department, they told me that they've admitted all the students they can. Heartbroken.

Canadian domestic student. Rejected off the waitlist--not surprised after how long they kept us waiting, I accepted another offer almost two months ago already. Best of luck for everyone else still waiting, hope you get it!

Ignore w./ To the person below, I also wrote to the department of AMPD as well as my program and got no response other than an auto-reply. Ironically they used to be very responsive before the application deadline. Someone I know has received their offer 3 months after the general deadline (the one in April) a few years ago (not sure what program). I mean man, it looks like this is just normal for York.

Ignore waitlist, I was told that the committee had already decided on admission and that my admission status would be updated 'shortly'. It has now been two weeks, and there has been no change, I emailed to follow up and have gotten no response. Does anyone know when I might hear from York?

Ignore waitlist - good to hear that they are making their decisions this week. Hopefully we will know by the end of this week or early next week how it went. I guess by this late stage we must be at the discussion table ie we haven't been cut early on? Best of luck to everyone!

Declined my offer. No funding, as I applied after the first deadline.

Ignore the waitlist. The department informed me previously that the admissions committee would be meeting this week to discuss international applications. It would be strange if they had lied to me.
