Did anyone hear back from the cancer sciences program at Roswell Park?

Anyone who was interviewed hear anything yet?

I applied with good SOP and writing sample. Submitted TOEFL - 94. 4 strong LORs, 2 publications, BSc 2:1 and masters. Got accepted with financial aid in exchange for teaching assistantship.

Recieved email from PI. Yet to receive official confirmation. Indian student with Integrated MS.

Attended the interview on the 5th and was accepted on the 17th.

Received a call from my major POI this morning telling me the news and I am so happy. This is my dream program and I am looking forward to accepting it. He said the official offer letters will be going out early next week.

BSc GPA 3.69/4.0, one 1st author paper and there co-author papers, 3 year experience of research, 3 strong LOR. Sad about this result but expected due to no interview invitation. Good luck to all other applicants to this program. Maybe see you 2 years later.

Emailed by PIs with good news! Official confirmation on the way. UK student with MSc pending completion. 3 years research experience, 1 pub.

Heard nothing from the program, they don't reply inquiry emails either.

To the previous posters...I'm the last person who commented and I just wanted to say I heard from the grad office and the individual I spoke to said that if we have not yet received an offer, we are not on the initial list of offers. She followed this up by saying some programs generally keep a waitlist. I know bio and society doesn't...but she said some do. She said we may know by March or April of our status. She further said they're planning to offer those who weren't admitted to the PhD program spots in the non-thesis MS they're starting in the fall. I hope this is helpful to some. If you got an acceptance to ASU's School of Life Sciences programs and you don't intend to go, please let the grad office know so that someone who wants the spot might have it.

To previous posters... Was just told by the graduate student in the lab I interviewed with that acceptances have only gone out for Bio students who will be completely RA-ship. So those who won't have to do any TA'ing or receive funding from the University. Those who will have TA-ship responsibilities on top of their research have not been accepted/declined yet... Hi, I saw one person who posted his/her result for BMCB PhD program at Cornell University (Ithaca). Does anyone know if all the results are out? i'I'm still waiting after my interview in January.

Email in the middle of the night that status changed followed by an acceptance email a few hours later. So excited!
