I don't care :)

There's really no way to be sure, and the website does say that results wouldn't be out until next week (likely Monday or Tuesday). Relying on a forum isn't the best anyways because anyone can say anything. It really comes down to if you trust a forum poster or the website itself.

Invitation to complete a 20 minute interview via zoom. Sadly declined because I have dominating offers, but seems like a cool program!

No funding, not going to accept without any funding :/

To the poster below - I was also accepted but no notice of funding. They said they would have funding info by end of March.

Political economy subfield. Wow!!!

The website says merit-based aid decisions will be given on or before March 15. Does anyone have any info on fellowships?

TPB: I got the email around 6pm est.

TPB: Info from insider of the department. They have sent all acceptances and I don't think they have any waitlist in history. If you haven't got an email, you are probably be rejected. Good luck on other programs!

Got an email to find a time to chat with a Professor in my field and he told me about the acceptance over the phone.

Email from prof asking for availability & phone number confirmation for a phone call to share "good news" (seemed odd). Subsequent phone call letting me know I've been accepted and can expect to receive official letter tomorrow or early next week.
