Different person, but answer the question posted below. They asked why you applied penn state, and what your future goal is.

E-mail just came in minutes ago. Applied for Gravity theory and condensed matter theory 3+ years of research experience (CME project for 3+ years, Gravity Theory for 2+ yrs, REU in CMT this past summer)

Not an interview per se, but I applied for the PhD even though I don't have a masters and they want to talk to me about the masters program instead.

To the international PennState applicant who was interviewed and accepted, congratulations! Do mind sharing what you were asked during the interview?

Did anyone hear from Penn State? (having Interview of these kinds of stuff)

Provisional Acceptance by email, now in mentor match process. For a formal acceptance to happen a mentor has to officially take a student in their lab. I was asked if I’d be interested in attending a prospective student day and I said yes.
